Standard of Practice); complete courses on plumbing, heating and electrical; complete 250 paid inspections which meet C.A.H.P.I. standards; complete two successful mock inspections under the auspies of their peers; and be approved by a board of examiners. Successful Inspectors are usually construction tradesman, technologists or architects and engineers.
